Thaddeus Constantin, Agronomist at the Ministry of Agriculture On September 15th 2015 a training workshop for female farmers had been organised in collaboration of the Belle Vue Farmers’ Cooperative and the Caribbean Aqua-Terrestrial Solutions Programme.
